The Creatives Retreat in Bali is an all-inclusive unique opportunity designed to amplify your creativity in an amazing space.
The island of Bali is one of the most expressively creative places on earth. If you have an inkling of creative energy flowing, it will amplify it quickly and allow you to express it. If you have a lot of it flowing, it will expand it more and take that potential in new directions.
The Balinese express themselves daily through dance, offerings, food prep, ceremony decorations, daily performances, fabric design, intricate wood work, stone carving, craft making, music making, it goes on and it is all for us to experience just by showing up.

Our home base will be a beautiful luxury retreat setting in the lush cultural center of the island. It includes delicious meals, creative exploration and beautiful spa treatments. There are limited spots available to create an intimate setting.

Kelly Sheets has spent a lot of time in Bali over the past 25 years and it’s the perfect place to get out of your normal routine and explore a new way of being you. It has always been pivotal in her exploration of who she is in the world and always gives her what she needs. Valori Wells is an artist, fabric designer, and photographer. Bold, unique block prints are her signature expression in the fabric world. She is passionate, joyful and generous about unleashing the creativity in those around her. The investment to attend the Creatives Retreat in Bali is $4,499.
This investment is all-inclusive minus airfare, shipping purchased items to your home, most alcohol, spending money and tips. Your place is only reserved on payment of a 50% deposit of $2249 or payment in full (which includes the deposit) as advertised. This deposit is non-refundable once we have our scheduled call.
You can pay the balance in full while on the call to save $450, or choose a payment plan, the second payment of $1350 is due by December 14, 2024, and the balance of $1350 is payable by February 14, 2025.
Here is how to enroll:
1. It is first come, first serve. Once you click the “Sign Up Here” button you will be directed to choose an appointment on my calendar and put a deposit down at that time. The spots will be taken in the order that deposits are made, not according to the scheduled call time so that those who work or have commitments don’t miss the opportunity.
2. The deposit doesn’t guarantee your spot, we will have our call to confirm that this retreat is the right fit for you. If we decide that it is not a fit on that call, we will refund your deposit minus the Credit card fees. If we confirm that you are coming (yay!) we will set up your payment plan or complete your pay in full.
3. Please read Terms & Conditions at the bottom of this page before signing up for a spot. ** Also the landscape, steps and sidewalks in Bali and at the resort are uneven, please note you will need to be able to navigate uneven surfaces.

Terms and Conditions Agreement for the Bali Creatives Retreat 2025 (updated May 1, 2024)
By registering for the Bali Creatives retreat 2025 you confirm you have read, understand and accept the following Terms and Conditions:
General
This retreat is organized and hosted by Valori Wells(VW) and Kelly Sheets(KS)
Attendance at this retreat and involvement in any and all retreat activities are at your own risk. It is your responsibility to arrange travel insurance which is highly recommended.
All dietary requirements can be catered for but it is your responsibility to advise us of any such requirements no later than 28 days before the event.
No pets or children are allowed on site.
Non-participating guests are not permitted on site.
Any valuables brought onto the site are your responsibility.
No alcohol may be brought onto the site.
You will comply with any Indonesian government-issued COVID guidelines.
Registration
Your place is only reserved on payment of a 50% deposit or payment in full (which includes the deposit) as advertised. This deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances.
Bookings are on a first come first served basis.
Registration is non-transferable and resale of places is not permitted.
Payment Plan
If only the deposit is paid on registration, the second payment of $1350 is due by December 14, 2024, and the balance $1350 is payable by February 14, 2025.
An invoice for the amount due will be issued by the Organizer to you to the email address used to register. Failure to pay the invoice for the balance in full within 14 days will result in you forfeiting your place. In such a case there will be no refunds on payments made up to that point.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation in writing before midnight PST on February 14, 2025: 50% cancellation fee (this is the deposit).
Cancellation in writing at or after midnight PST on February 14, 2025: 100% cancellation fee (includes the deposit)
The Organizers cannot be held liable for situations beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of war, acts of God, threats or acts of terrorism, civil unrest or unforeseen personal circumstances. In the case of cancellation by the organizers under such circumstances other than a government-enforced Indonesian national lockdown at the time of the retreat, no refunds will be payable and no compensation is payable for any individual travel arrangements you have made. In the case of Indonesian national lockdown coinciding with the dates of the retreat, you will be offered the choice to transfer to the rescheduled retreat or a full refund of your fees paid. No refunds will be given in case of you testing positive for COVID, or any other COVID-related circumstances preventing you from traveling to and attending the retreat. It is your responsibility to ensure you have adequate insurance to cover this eventuality.
Use Of Valori Wells and Kelly Sheets Intellectual Property
The retreat’s teaching material contains intellectual property owned by VW, and KS including copyrights, proprietary information, trademarks, and other intellectual property. VW and KS reserve all rights in this intellectual property. While you may blog about, or otherwise share via social media, your general experience regarding the retreat, you may not publish, redistribute, copy, synopsize, or otherwise convey to others any content from the retreat for any purpose whatsoever. All teaching material is exclusively the property of VW and KS and is strictly protected by intellectual property/copyright law.
Liability waiver
You acknowledge that participation in the retreat carries with it certain inherent risks that cannot be eliminated regardless of the care taken to avoid injuries or property loss. You agree to waive, release, and discharge the Organizers, VW and KS from any and all liability for death, disability, personal injury, property damage, property theft or actions of any kind.
Other
In the case of emergency, natural disaster or cancellation by the venue for any reason, the Organizers reserve the right to change the venue without notice at any time.
The Organizers reserve the right to change the schedule and teaching staff without notice at any time.
Any disputes will be dealt with under the laws of Oregon
