The best book on mindfulness, meditation and yes, breathing, that I’ve found. Sheets is compassionate, clear-speaking and empathetic as she describes the best way to start ‘practicing’ calming your mind and body. I’ve read other books that made the same ideas seem complicated and too hard to achieve. Not Sheets. She wants us all to succeed, and it works! Both my husband and I are improving every day thanks to Breathe. Try it!
